th international circle dancing sessions led by Kathryn Penny\, well known for her
skilled but approachable way of teaching.

She has an amazing range of music and dances f
rom many parts of the world. Some are simple and m
editative\, others more intricate or energetic.
\n \n Many flow with a strong sense of the ind
ividuals in the circle losing their self-conscious
ness about footwork or hand movements\, tuning in
to a palpable sense of oneness.
\n \n No dan
ce is obligatory! If you’re new to this you will f
ind good support from Kathryn and other dancers wi
th more experience.
\n \n As happened last y
ear\, we hope to share one evening with the local
circle dance group\, dancing to music from a live
band.
\n \n (Non-dancing friends or partners
who share your bedroom are also welcome to this e
vent.)
