Sorry\, we are fully booked but you could join the
waiting list
\n \n
\n \n
Christmas at Othona is always rather special\, wit
h less of the things you want less of (television\
, bingeing\, bickering\, maybe loneliness?) and mo
re of a spirit of peace and goodwill within a temp
orary ‘family’ that isn’t your own but where you h
ave a real contribution to make. Everyone can get
involved in decorating the house\, helping prepare
food\, plan games or whatever.
\n \n Feast
ing\, presents\, prayers – all are in the mix\, bu
t none to excess.
\n \n On Christmas Eve we
can visit a local organic farm for carol singing
in the open air. On Boxing Day if weather permits
we stretch our legs and watch hardy souls take a c
hilly dip in a local harbour for charity (or even
join them).
\n \n Equally suited to familie
s\, couples or individuals.
