Well-being Weekend

Relax, connect, catch your breath

    Thursday 14th May 2026  to Sunday 17th May 2026

Space is available on this event!

    Julie Leoni

Join us for a weekend when we will draw on practices from mindfulness, meditation, yoga, coaching, nature connection, creativity and psychology to re-connect to our well-being, supported in community and spacious, rewilded landscape and sea.

Facilitator Julie Leoni is well known at Othona as a frequent visitor while her sons were still at school and a popular contributor to all-age events. This time she offers her skills and experience for adults.

Julie’s interest is in community building and connection within and between the human and more-than-human world for the health of people and planet.  She has a doctorate in education and Master’s degrees in Education, Psychotherapeutic Studies and Creative Writing. She has practiced different models of meditation for over 35 years, has been a qualified life coach for 15 years and a yoga teacher for 8 years.

This won't be a weekend of talks and lectures but rather of Julie leading yoga, mindfulness and coaching exercises that you are welcome to do as much or as little of as you choose.

Departure Day: your booking includes lunch, but if you need to leave earlier on Sunday please note that programmed activities with Julie will end by 11.30 that morning.

Julie has worked nationally on Social and Emotional Learning within education and has spent years involved in intentional communities facilitating cross-generational events.  She wild swims, reads voraciously and has written a number of books including an award-winning collection of poetry. www.julieleoni.com
