    Linda Parkinson-Hardman

A long weekend course with Linda Parkinson-Hardman

Join author, blogger and publisher Linda, to write the hidden stories of your life. Whether you are just starting or your memoir is almost complete, you will be guided to uncover additional layers of meaning, find hidden nuances and add fascinating depth and colour to your words to draw your readers in.

Using a variety of writing techniques from reflective journalling, memoir, autobiography, place-based writing, and creative non-fiction amongst others, there will be lively discussions, fun writing prompts and opportunities for reflection on the stories you tell about your life, and why you tell them.

Plenty of space to write is a feature of the programme and, if you wish, you can also share what you’ve created for feedback and reflection. Please note that sharing your words is not compulsory!

Linda believes we navigate the world through the words we use, and we understand our lives by the stories we tell ourselves and others. She is fascinated by how words shape our psychology, philosophy, creativity and spirituality. After working with dozens of writers over the years, she knows the most important of those words are the ones we tell, write or think about ourselves.

Her job is to help writers and authors like you make the most of your internal conversation and the creative words you write so your work reaches the people who most need to read it. Whether you have been writing for decades, or are just starting, she can offer something to help, support and inspire you to you live your writing life.
