Building a Neurodiverse Community
A chance for adults of all neurotypes to meet and explore together
Thursday 1st October 2026 to Sunday 4th October 2026
Space is available on this event!

Returning for a second year, a 3 day-event located in the unique setting of the Othona Community at Burton Bradstock. This is an opportunity to create and explore spaces where all neurotypes can feel welcome and safe. The environment provides plenty of room to accommodate everyone's needs, as well as nourishing community building.
The whole event will thrive on open discussions, people sharing their personal experiences and willingness to 'bounce off each other' in order to increase understanding and promote acceptance.
This event is primarily intended for neurodivergent adults, whether diagnosed or self-determined, but is open to anyone interested.
Your facilitators will be Marie Martin and Debs Rose.
Marie is a self-determined autistic woman, part of a family spanning 3 generations of neurodiversity. She is the founder of BUILDING A NEURODIVERSE COMMUNITY CIC (BANC) and facilitates, amongst other things, a peer-support group in Bridport.
Debs has a diagnosis of ADHD and has benefitted from belonging to an online community of neurodiverse people. She is a Neurodiversity specialist coach and co-facilitates BANC's peer-support group.
